Newburyport Today Uses Picasa Web Albums to Organize and Store our Photos on-line.

We offer FREE downloads (your welcome!) of all the photos that we take. They are yours to download, print, and pass along at NO CHARGE.

However, we ask that you do not charge for or distribute our photos without express written permission.

We also request that if our photos are used in any public forum (on-line or in print) we be given the photo credit.

In addition we request that a traceable permalink (back to our site) is attached if our photos are used on-line.
