This summer’s restaurant scene may well be the most important season our restaurants have ever to experience in a few decades…20+ years ago there were but a handful of dining spots…easy to understand as Our Fair Port was in shambles with a boarded-up downtown and a waterfront in decay…a few brave (perhaps delusional?) souls dared to open eating & drinking establishments…they proved to be visionaries and pioneers…some names come quickly to mind.
