The Heart & Sole High Heel Dash took place on Sat., Nov. 19, @ 11:00 am @ the Bartlet Mall in Newburyport.
This was the second annual Heart & Sole High Heel Dash, brought to you by Anna Jaques Hospital and Interlocks Salon & Day Spa, to help raise awareness for women’s heart health.
They challenged men, women, and kids to a 50-yard dash—in high heels!
The Heart & Sole High Heel Dash is to remind men and women to take care of their hearts, especially as we enter the winter holiday season:
Eat fruits & veggies every day
Don’t smoke
Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes
We walk in different shoes, but we share the same heart. Let’s take care of it.
