    Intriguing comment by Pete Falconi about 20 minutes members that the “less active population,” e.g. those older than Generation X, are dependent on TV and radio more than the internet.

    It’s intriguing for two reasons: 1) because many constituents tell me they don’t listen to WNBP nor read local newspapers; and 2) recent Pew studies indicate younger adults, e.g. Gen X and Gen Y, do watch TV much more than assumed.

    Do you have any web metrics you can share on the aggregate age of the visitor to your website?

    Our Google analytics don’t track age, but our Facebook page shows that our largest readership is in the 45-54 age bracket with the 34-44 age group following closely in second. Perhaps most interestingly the age groups of 18-24 and 55+ are tied for the third. Below 24 is barely represented at all.
