True or False? Harvard University originally owned the site where the current Newburyport High School was built? The answer is true! If you knew this and know lots of other fun facts or if you just want a night out with friends, then you’ll want to join us for our first ever Newburyport Elementary PTO Trivia Night. The event is being held on Friday, June 11th at 7:00 pm at the Elks Club, 25 Low Street in Newburyport. It’s open to the public and all proceeds from the event will support the Elementary PTO.
Trivia Teams are encouraged to register in advance and can consist of one to eight players. The pre-registration entry fee is $25 per person, or $30 at the door. Or pay $200 and join as a corporate team, and have your table branded with your Company logo. Teams are encouraged to dress creatively, to get into the spirit and to distract their opponents!
Prizes will be awarded for bonus rounds and last team standing. Try your luck at the 50/50 raffle, 3 card bingo, or simply stun the competition with your mastery of trivial facts. Teams are encouraged to bring your own picnic dinner, and sample one of the delicious desserts provided by the PTO. Please join us!
