Do you love reading and all things literary? Join people who share your passion this weekend,
April 24-25, as the Newburyport Literary Festival kicks off its 4th annual celebration of books.
This year we’re offering over 60 authors and illustrators from nearly every genre–young adult
and children’s, fiction, non-fiction, history, biography and memoir, poetry, even workshops in sculpting and bookmaking. It’s beautiful in downtown Newburyport right now and everything, except
our author welcoming dinner Friday night (visit www.newburyportliteraryfestival.org,
to purchase tickets and dine with the luminaries) is FREE! Don’t miss our opening ceremony at the Firehouse Friday at 6:00 pm sharp, and please, be our guests as we host a weekend celebrating reading for a lifetime. P.S. The closing ceremonies at the Firehouse, 6:30 pm Saturday honoring local children’s book legend David McPhail, will be fantastic. Bring the kids!
